1. The program

Build Partner is a 12-month development partnership (auto-renewing annually) with LukeFord.Dev (ABN 67 915 312 271). You get a dedicated development partner - not a one-off project quote - with portal access, sprint cadence, and continuous monthly development on your product.

2. Services

Foundation Sprint (one-time) - discovery, architecture, portal setup, and project kickoff.

Monthly Development - ongoing feature work, fixes, integrations, deployments, and progress updates via your client portal. Includes:

  • Feature development aligned with your priorities
  • Bug fixes and maintenance for work delivered under the agreement
  • Integrations within reasonable retainer complexity
  • Production deployments and regular demos

Large out-of-scope work (major rewrites, dedicated SLAs, non-technical services) requires a separate Statement of Work.

3. Fees & payment

  • Foundation Sprint: $2,000 AUD (one-time)
  • Monthly Development: $500 AUD per month
  • First payment: $2,500 AUD (foundation sprint + month 1)

Payments are processed via Stripe on a monthly subscription. Failed payments may pause work until resolved. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise on your invoice.

4. Term, renewal & termination

Each term is 12 months. At the end of a term, the partnership automatically renews for another 12 months at the same monthly rate unless either party gives 30 days' written notice before the current term ends.

Early exit during an active term requires a 3-month buyout fee (three months of monthly development fees at the then-current rate). Provider may terminate for material breach or non-payment.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to requirements, credentials, and decision-making
  • Respond to questions and review deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
  • Use the client portal as the primary channel for tasks and feedback
  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you ask us to use

6. Intellectual property

Work product created specifically for you is assigned to you upon payment. LukeFord.Dev retains reusable tooling and grants you a licence to use it as part of your deliverables. You retain ownership of materials you supply to us.

7. Confidentiality

8. Warranties & liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
